Weidener Bürgerfest

The lively start to the Weiden Bürgerfest already takes place on Saturday.

Every year, a varied music program is provided with a passion for detail, and invites everyone to join in the celebrations, young and old.

And of course there’s food and refreshments to satisfy anyone’s thirst or appetite!

The Weiden Bürgerfest is traditionally opened officially on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. In keeping with the motto “From the citizens for the citizens”, it’s once again the large number of clubs and associations, restauranteurs and market traders that transform both Oberer Markt and Unterer Markt and the adjoining lanes of the Old Town into one big mile of festivities. 

The big city party between Issy-les-Moulineaux-Platz and Schlörplatz provides a diverse program with lots of fun and entertainment for big and small, young and old. Enjoy a fantastic summer’s day in the heart of the wonderful Old Town of Weiden.
