Weiden Christmas market

Stalls festively decorated, lights that create a lovely atmosphere, and the tempting smells of mulled wine, cookies, and gingerbread transform Oberer Markt and Unterer Markt into a magical Christmas wonderland from November 30 to December 23. A diverse range of handcrafted products and culinary specialties invite you to linger at the traditional Weiden Christmas market, the second-oldest Christmas market in Bavaria. 

The Old Town of Weiden with its streets and squares, like Oberer Markt and Unterer Markt, Schulgasse, Türlgasse, Wörthstraße, and Max-Reger-Straße, is a pedestrian zone.
